A cardboard box with a paper label; box contains six clear glass ampules each with a paper label. Box label: 6 ampuls - ml. size, Placebo for LSD-25, (d-lysergic acid diethylamide). Maker: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Hanover, New Jersey, Mfd. in Switzerland. Lot 65045. Label on back of box: "Research Material. Caution, new drug limited by federal law to investigational use only. Caution, federal law prohibits dispensing without prescription."
