Description
Oil on illustration board. Portrait of two star General William Weigel. Army Service Ribbons for Decorations and Medals include: Distinguished Service Medal, Bronze Star, Unknown Ribbon (red with a thin blue band in center), and a Unknown Ribbon (light red with a large dark red band in center). Weigel wears a officer pin on the collar of his tunic and a Sam Browne belt. He also holds a cigar in his right hand and wears a watch on his right wrist. Weigel has white/grey hair, brown eyes, and a moustache. His right hand has not been filled in with color. Weigel's signature in pencil is at the bottom center of the portrait.
