Description
Oil on thick pressboard. Portrait of Sergeant Thomas J. Kelly. Kelly wears a Medical Department noncomissioned officers pin with a silver Geneva cross (possibly a hospital stewards insignia) above his left breast pocket. He wears a 7th Armored Division insignia patch and the chevrons of a Sergeant 4th Grade on his upper left arm sleeve. Kelly wears a overseas cap and rests his right arm on a medic M1 helmet that sits on his right knee.
