- Oil on illustration board. Portrait of one star general Frank Parker. Army Service Ribbons for Decorations and Medals include: Distinguished Service Medal, Unknown Ribbon (red and green bands with gold stars), Silver Star, Army of Cuban Pacification, Unknown Ribbon (solid white), Unknown Ribbon (solid red with device), Unknown Ribbon (red and green bands with gold stars), Unknown Ribbon (solid red with rosette possibly Légion d'honneur), and Spanish War Service. Parker wears infantry and officer pins on his collar and a Sam Browne belt. He also wears a peaked cap with the insignia of the United States. Parker's signature is in the bottom left corner in pencil.
