Description
A certificate from the State of California for a "Full and Unconditional Pardon for Thomas J. Mooney." Mooney (1882-1942) was an American political activist, labor leader and meber of the IWW. He was convicted with Warren K. Billings of the San Francisco Preparedness Day Bombing of 1916 and served 22 years in prison before being pardoned in 1939.
