Description
Large and ornate double-beam platform scale made of cast iron painted red and gold with floral designs. The upper beam reads from 1 oz. to 10 lbs.; the lower beam reads from 8 oz. to 40 lbs. The inscriptions at the top and on the sides read “HOWE.”
