Description:

This is a handheld modem encoding/decoding device developed in the Netherlands and initially made by Phillips in Germany. It has a European power adapter and two connector cords.The object is In a carrying case and original German package. The Instruction booklet is in German. This version of the modem was not released commercially because the National Security Agency in the United States found the code difficult to break, halted production, and provided an alternate encription method for use in another model.
