Description
This music box was made by Mermod Freres in St. Croix, Switzerland, around 1888-1892. It is an orchestra cylinder music box, serial #117073, with 10 tunes. This music box has a three-piece comb with 74 teeth (12,56,6), and a drum with 6 beaters, 6 bells, and a castanet with 6 beaters. The music box is coin activated, with a crank wound spring.
