Franz Electric Metronome

Description:

This metronome was made by Franz Manufacturing Co. in New Haven, Connecticut, around 1940-1950. It an electric metronome, model LM-2, made of bakelite, with a metal and bakelite dial for selecting speed of 40 to 208 beats-per-minutes.

This metronome features U. S. Patent #2150967, dated March 21. 1939, by Frederick Franz for an electrically driven metronome.
