This music box disc was made by The Symphonion Company, in Leipzig, Germany, around 1900-1910.

It is Symphonion Disc #6363 - Kathleen Mavourneen, by F.W.N. Crouch. This disc is playable in a Symphonion Disc Music Box that can accommodate a 13-5/8” diameter disc.
