Description:

Large counter balance with a gold finish, fan-shaped scale at top, and the word “BRANTFORD” in large painted letters near the bottom. The commodity plate is round, white and porcelain. Brantford Computing Scales, Ltd. was a Canadian firm organized in 1910.
