Description (Brief)
This sheet music for the song “Gladys” was written and composed by Theo. H. Northrup. The music was originally published by Hurtig and Seamon of New York, New York in 1901, but appeared as a music supplement of the” New York Journal and Advertiser” on September 1, 1901. The cover features an oval inset photograph of Louise Brehany, who sang the song. The cover also features an illustration of a prim woman walking in a field.
