This sheet music for the song “My Little Sally Green (My Dusky Queen)” was written by Will A. Heelan and composed by Harry Von Tilzer. The music was originally published by Shapiro, Bernstein, and Von Tilzer of New York, New York in 1902. This sheet appeared as a musical supplement to the New York Herald on April 20, 1902. On top of the sheet is a picture of a well-dressed black couple dancing, drawn in the stereotypical caricature that was prominent during the period.
