- Billy Williams was one of many players featured on collectible coins made by Topps and included in packs of baseball cards.
- Williams (b. 1938) played outfield in Major League Baseball for the Chicago Cubs (1959-74) and Oakland Athletics (1975-76). 1961’s National League’s Rookie of the Year, Williams was a six-time All-Star and 1972’s batting champion.
- Finishing with a lifetime.290 average, 426 home runs and 1,475 runs batted in, the long-time Cub was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1987.
