This Fred Boyd basketball card is number 91 in a series of 264 manufactured by the Topps Company Inc. for the 1973-1974 NBA season. The front of the card features a posed picture of the Philadelphia 76ers guard. The card’s reverse features a small cartoon image illustrating the factoid that Boyd played football in highs school, as well as a short biography and career statistics.
Fred Boyd played six seasons in the NBA from 1972 to 1978. Boyd was a point guard for the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Orleans Jazz.
