Description
This Art Harris basketball card is number 149 in a series of 175 that was manufactured by the Topps Company Inc. for the 1970-71 National Basketball Association season. The card is longer than standard cards, measuring 2½ inches by 4 ¾ inches. The card’s reverse features a small cartoon image illustrating the factoid that “Art has recently finished his military obligation,” as well as a short biography and career statistics.
Harris played in the NBA for four seasons—one with the Seattle SuperSonics and three with the Phoenix Suns.In 1969, Harris was named to the NBA's All-Rookie Team.
