The music was published by the Victor Kremer Co. of Chicago, Illinois in 1908. The cover features an illustration of a picnic, where a boy is turning away from the picnic and Katy, who is looking after him. The cover also features a photograph on right hand side of A. J. Wiles in cowboy regalia, who was a vaudeville performer at the time.
