Description (Brief)
This sheet music is for the song “Carolina Moon” that was written and composed by Benny Davis and Joe Burke. The sheet music was published by the Joe Morris Music Company of New York City in 1928. The red and white cover has an illustration of a powdered woman in a large gown looking at roses under the moonlight. There is an inset photograph of Guy Lombardo in the lower left corner of the cover, who performed the song with his group, the Royal Canadians. The illustration is signed “Leff.”
