This sheet music is for the song “Blueberry Hill” that was written and composed by Al Lewis, Larry Stock, and Vincent Rose. Chappell &Co. Inc. of New York City published this sheet music in 1940. The cover has an illustration of a man and women embracing on top of a large blue hill, set against an aqua night sky filled with a crescent moon and stars. The illustration is signed “IM-HO” in the lower left corner.
