This is a copy of a 1953 typescript by psychologist Samuel Kavruck, the donor of this collection. It lists hypotheses about the role of education and job experience that underlie the selection of candidates for jobs.
It may relate to an article in Public Personnel Review. The hypotheses are generally credited to “Meriam, Mosier [sic], and Pollock.” These might be Lewis Meriam, William E. Mosher [sic], and James K. Pollock.
