- This is a copy of a 1953 typescript by psychologist Samuel Kavruck, the donor of this collection. It lists hypotheses about the role of education and job experience that underlie the selection of candidates for jobs.
- It may relate to an article in Public Personnel Review. The hypotheses are generally credited to “Meriam, Mosier [sic], and Pollock.” These might be Lewis Meriam, William E. Mosher [sic], and James K. Pollock.
