- Description
- This is an example of the Kelly Construction test. The sheet is pasted to a piece of cardstock, and it appears as if there are two identical forms on the sheet. The sheet provides blanks to record the subject’s name, age, and date of birth. It also includes blanks to record the time, propose, dominance of purpose, symmetry, interest in building or playing, merit, and “is structure complete?” More space is provided at the bottom to record any notes and the name of the examiner.
