- This folder contains six documents. The first is the Miller Mental Ability Test Manual of Directions (First Revision for Forms A and B). It was written by W.S. Miller, a Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota. The second is entitled “Age-Grade-Score Sheet and Percentile Graphs” which includes directions for recording scores. The third and fourth sheets are answer keys. The final documents include copies of Form A and Form B of the examination.
