- 1- This sheet is untitled but lists various industries. On the bottom right hand corner it says: “Smith College, 1926-1927.”
- 2- This document is entitled “Analysis of Work Interests (Revised Edition).” It was copyrighted by J.B. Miner at the University of Kentucky. It was distributed by C.H. Stoelting Company, Chicago, Illinois. According to the directions, “The purpose of this blank is to help to discover special interests and abilities by suggesting how to observe one’s own likes and dislikes.”
- 3- This document is entitled “Vocational Guidance Service.” It was prepared by L.L. Thurstone, the Department of Psychology, University of Chicago. An insert includes the Thurston Proverbs Test and Syllogism Test, which are annotated.
- 4- This document is entitled “Final Standards. For the tests used in the Sixth Annual Nation-Wide Testing Program.” It was published by the Public School Publishing Company, in Bloomington, Illinois.
- 5- This document is entitled “Report of the Sixth Annual Nation-Wide Testing Program.” It was conducted by the Public School Publishing Company in Bloomington, Illinois. It is for the 1929 – 1930 School Year. The testing projects included: Speed, Vocabulary, and Paragraph Meaning Reading; Appreciative Reading; and Mechanical Aptitude.
- 6-This document is entitled “Test Service Bulletin.” It was published in November, 1955 by the Psychological Corporation. It is number 49. 7-This is an envelope in which the Psychological Corporation sent mail to David Shakow.
