Description (Brief)
This telegraph register has a metal base and frame, with brass gears and gold decoration painted on the base. The base is marked “patd aug. 15th 1876”. Marked on a metal plate nailed to the base reads “western electric (/) company (/) chicago & new york”. A small tag reads “Western Union Museum 84” and “JEW Personal 102”.
