Description (Brief)
This Tillotson telegraph transceiver sits atop a wood base, with a metal rim, brass frame and terminals, and 6 electromagnets. It is marked “L.G. Tillotson & Co (/) Seldens Patent (/) March 23rd 1889”. A small tag reads “Ticker W.U. Mus. 91 [crossed out] and “105”. The key, relay and printing telegraph register are mounted on a common base.
