Nameplate reads: "Oil every 3 months with S.A.E. 20 Motor Oil. / Model 110 Volts 115 / R.P.M. 1200 Amps. 1.2 / H.P. 1/25 Watts 90 /
Cycle 60 Serial 12H18493 / A.G. Redmond Co. / Oswosso, Mich., U.S.A." This motor has part of the frame removed for student observation of internal operations. An induction motor designed to run on 115 VAC. A propeller on one end of armature shaft aids in ventilation.
