More information. I have a can (perfect) of meloids, and it is full, (Was) They belonged to my mother in South Africa. She was a speech and Drama student (and then teacher). She arrived in South Africa with these in 1958. I remember because she told me when I was little. The dimensions of these are as follows: .215" X.248". My daughter and I had one each and they are still delicious. My wife suggests that this is because it had no expiry date on the can. Licorice, pepper and a pleasant lingering aftertaste. I think my 16 year old daughter is the youngest person in the world to have ever tasted these. Her voice is going to outlast all of you.
