Instrument probably designed for determining the length of root canals. An inscription in the lid of the case reads “M. L. RHEIN ENDOMETER / SOLE DISTRIBUTORS / 20TH CENTURY DENTAL BROCH CO. / CLEVELAND, OHIO.”
