Description
Patent model for Silas D. Palmer, “Improvement in Dental Flasks for Rubber,” U.S. Patent 159,441 (February 2, 1875). Silas D. Palmer (1812-1881) was a dentist in Toledo, Ohio, who assigned his patent to John R. B. Ransom, a businessman who provided supplies, instruments and furniture for barbers, doctors and dentists.
