Patent model for Robert H. Antes, “Automatic Dental Mallet,” U.S, Patent 242,853 (June 14, 1881). Antes (1838-1911) was a graduate of Williams College and the Philadelphia College of Dentistry, who established a dental practice in Geneseo, Il.
