Description:

Mahogany graphometer with an inset trough compass. The arc is graduated into degrees. It is marked "NOAH BOSWORTH, HALIFAX MS. 1824" and "No. 9." Noah Bosworth (1778–1837) lived in Halifax, Massachusetts.
