Without knowing the serial number my guess is that this camera is one of the earliest versions (1925) of this popular (at the time) 35mm movie camera. The lens was made in England by Taylor-Hobson Cooke. The lens is a 47mm f/2.5 cinema lens with aperture settings from f/2.5 to f/32.
