Description (Brief)

The Detroit Publishing Company, also known as the Detroit Photographic Company, was first noted in city registers of Detroit in 1888 and it was managed by William A. Livingstone. Livingstone invited the famous landscape photographer William Henry Jackson to join the company as a partner.
