- Description
- Fixed whisk or whip, heavy bent steel tinned wire. Oval-shaped "spoon" bowl. Flat wire whip with coiled wires stretched laterally across spoon bowl. Twisted wire shaft inserted into wooden handle, unlaquered, light-colored wood in "teardrop" shape, with metal eyelet at end for hanging. Used to beat eggs or cream. No mark.
