This six-page document describes the tests used by the Klein Institute for Aptitude Testing, Inc. to evaluate applicants for selling positions. The document also gives a brief description on how the company determines the validity, reliability, and standardization of their tests; and what the different “psychological factors” being tested are. The last page is in color and offers "graphic test analysis" of the results of examinations.
