Description
This pamphlet gives instructions for using an abacus with five beads below and two above (as on a Chinese abacus). The beads shown on the cover are in the shape of those on a Japanese abacus and a mark indicates that the document was printed in Japan. A mark on the back reads: TRADEMARK DARUMA. An inscription written in ink on the cover reads: Purchased in (/) San Francisco's Grant Street (/) Chinatown (/) 1965. The document was received with a Russian abacus with number 1988.0489.02.
