This cut and folded tan paper model may be considered as in two parts, the bottom the mirror image of the top. The top has three faces that are irregular pentagons, surrounded by a ring of six parallelograms and six triangles. Each of three long points extends from below a pair of triangles in the top. These have two trapezoids on top, two larger triangles on the sides, and an irregular pentagon below. Between these points are four figures with two trapezoidal and four triangular sides. Beneath is the mirror image of all of this. A paper tag reads: DT 7. Another mark reads: 612 / 618 (/) D7. A third mark reads: May-21-31. A final mark reads: Rhombic(/) Trapezoidal Dodecahedron (/) [. . .] Species.
Models 1979.0102.139 and MA.304723.160 are both marked DT 7, but are not identical.
