Description
This cut and folded tan paper model has faces of a regualr octahedron penetrating a cube (twelve segments of the cube are cut away, one near the midpoint of each edge). Wheeler considered this a higher form of his fourteen-faced tetrakaidecahedron.
a typed paper tag on the model reads: RS16. Another mark reads: 9 (/) 22 (/) RS16. A third mark reads: Tetrakai- (/) decahedron (/) Second (/) Species. A final mark reads: July-18-32.
