This medal commemorates the 1891 Exposition Franςaise in Moscow, one of five World’s Fairs which took place that year. The Exposition was hosted by Alexander III who ruled Russia from 1881-1894.
Obverse inscription: РАΧ LABOR / MOSCOU PARIS.
Reverse inscription: ФРАНЦУЗСКАЯ ВЫСТАВКА / ВЪ МОСКВЯ 1891 (“Exposition Franςaise. In Moscow 1891”).
