- Celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the existence of the Polish Constitution on May 3, 1791, this medalette was commissioned in Kracow in 1891. The Polish Constitution was ratified on May 3, 1791. This medal was designed by Charles Wiener.
- Obverse inscription: PAMIATKA SETNEJ ROCZNICY KONSTYTUCYI III MAJA 1791 ("Souvenir hundredth anniversary of constitution May 3rd 1791").
- Reverse inscription: III MAJ 1891 ("May 3 1891").
