Daniel Wilhelm Triller (1695-1782) was a professor of medicine at the University in Wittenberg, and author of the "Dispensatorium Pharmaceuticum Universale."
This portrait print was based on a painting by Franz Lippold (1688-1768), and produced by the engraver, Johann Jakob Haid (1704-1767).
