Summary
Most of the materials document the 1970s-1980s, the Macrobiotic philosophies of Michio Kushi, and the philosophies of George Oshawa. Audio- and videotapes record lectures about macrobiotics.
Series 4: Includes cookbooks.
Series 5: Photographs include silver gelatin black-and-white prints and color prints--especially captioned snapshots which document the family and friends of the Kushis. Albums contain photographs of Kushi Foundation events, students, staff, activities.
