This model M3 has a lever wind that only requires a single stroke to advance the film. Early models required two strokes. The Summilux lens was the first Leica lens with an aperture as fast as f/1.4. Complete with Summilux lens hood. The selenium cell MC meter mounted on the camera couples to the shutter speed dial. The lens aperture required can be read off the meter dial after the shutter speed has been selected.
