Wears a red velour coat with green belt and white cotton trim, a red pointed velour cap with white trim, green and black cotton pants. His face is made of plaster, pink painted skin with white eyebrows, white wool beard, and blue dots over white for eyes. Hands are made of pink felt. Skis are soft wood or cardboard painted brown and covered partially with white mica/glitter. Bent wire hook attaches in back to a piece of thread tied around chest. No marks.

Slender, baluster-shaped bud vase with scalloped rim and short pedestal base. Entire exterior relief decorated with blooming daffodils or jonquils and dragonflies. Underside of flat bottom stamped incuse "3982" and "NVF" in conjoined sans serif letters.
