Top-handled chopping or mincing knife with single, curved cutting-edge blade soldered to a serpentine T-shape handle with dark wood grips. Undulating top edges of blade accented by graduated dots of inlaid brass. Two birds-eye rivets on each grip. Maker's name and date etched on handle shaft.
Box iron with lift-up gate drawn by a cylindrical rod with ball knob that slides through a band on the rear handle support. Handle has an incurved cylindrical wood grip and curved-end supports held in place by square thumbscrews. Four-piece brazed body has a six-spiral grill on sole interior and is supported by three internal rivets, one at each corner. No marks. Used with heater or slug, 1979.0862.06.
