Voter Bill of Rights
The Help America Vote Act of 2002 requires states to display a Voter’s Bill of Rights in all polling places. California posted copies in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Tagalog, Thai, and Vietnamese.
