NMAH Board Member; Retired Chairman, President and CEO, Edison International

Ted Craver retired in 2016 as Chairman, President and CEO of Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest electric utilities, and various competitive businesses engaged in generation, delivery or use of electricity. Prior to assuming these positions in 2008, Mr. Craver was Chairman, President and CEO of Edison Mission Group and before that served as Executive Vice President of Edison International, where he was CFO and treasurer from 2000 to 2004. Before joining Edison, he served as CFO of First Interstate Bank, Ltd. and as Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp. Prior to that, he worked for Bankers Trust Company of New York and Security Pacific National Bank. Mr. Craver is a member of the Boards of Directors of Duke Energy and Wells Fargo & Company. He is also Senior Advisor with Blackstone’s global Infrastructure Fund, Senior Advisor with Bain & Company, and serves on the Economic Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Craver is also on the Board of Trustees of the Autry Museum of the American West and the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He resides in Southern California.
