Ann Joseph contributed to the project by researching selected concerts, the contract with Rubenstein and Steinway real estate holdings in Long Island.

Joseph, a performing and teaching pianist, was referred to the Steinway project by another longtime, enthusiastic volunteer and enjoyed meeting the many other interesting members on the project. Although she is officially retired, Joseph continues to perform and teach a bit. She also is the music chairman of the Woman's Club of Chevy Chase, and serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland Music School.
