This evening there are variously interesting concerts.

The most important of these could probably be the vocal and instrumental concert with which the German Liederkranz will open its new hall tonight on East 58th Street. Theodor Thomas will direct this concert which will open with the overture to "Dedication of the House" by Beethoven. Miss Emma Juch of the Italian opera, Hungarian piano virtuoso Joseffy and baritone Oscar Steins are the soloists supporting the Liederkranz singers on this occasion. The society's male chorus will present Rheinberger's "Waldmorgen" and "Battle of the Huns", a new work for soprano and baritone solo, male chorus and orchestra by Heinrich Zöllner.
