Kochbr. At 9 A.M. we three to Hanau, spend four pleasant hours at Schönfelds. Price Jewelry and see his shop. Meet Frl. Schultz + Schönfelds mother, at 5 PM to Frankfurt, I see Andrè. Have talk with Candidus & Johanne, who promises to obey her father. Reach Wiesbaden at 9 P.M. sent all our trunks by RR to Dresden |

Lovely day. large mail, write many letters. Juch + daughter call. See Tante Becker, 79 years old. Take a walk with wife to Holberg, see the latter. Retire at 9 PM |

letter from Theo. Julia Schmidt lung bleeding. I visit Goldsteins, Rummel. Hattie Schell repays 230 Marks. In eveg splendid party at Mrs. Fricke, whose birthday is celebrated. Sing Quartetts, make speech, Herrigs, Zwilgmeyers there, Oberhauser + Rumel. Home at 1 AM in rain, splendid party |
